Cassidy got a new Dora the Explorer DVD for Easter. It has two episodes - one about Easter & one about Mother's Day. She watched it a couple times prior to Mother's Day & I thought she kind of got the point - Mother's Day is a day to celebrate mothers. However, when asked what happens on Mother's Day her only answer was, "You have to eat cake!" And, although it wasn't exactly what I was hoping to hear, we went with it. Messy, way too much food coloring, sugary cupcakes courtesy of a grocery trip with Grandpa Doug. Delicious!
