This is the easiest recipe ever. And ridiculously delicious. In fact, I suggest you buy enough for two batches.
Ingredients
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 small can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 - 1 c. chocolate chips
- Dump all ingredients in a bowl & stir.
- Fill cupcake liners.
- Bake @ 350 for 20ish minutes.
Now, try not to look this cute while you down the whole batch.
I did tell you to buy enough for two, right?!

Yum! But for the first time ever, I wish it wasn't so easy. I have pie pumpkins I was going to use and thought maybe I could make these without going to the grocery store. Hmmmm, how to modify, how to modify...
